Construction Management Degrees

In partnership with the University of Akron, we offer free tuition to eligible WTI employees, their families and community members pursuing a degree in construction management. That means 100% paid tuition, 100% online

Apprenticeship Program

Accredited and nationally sanctioned by the US Department of Labor and registered under WTI, the Apprentice program provides WTI employees a path to Journeyman level status, no matter their level of roofing experience when joining the organization.

ELEVATE (Restored Citizens)

Established in 2019, this program focuses on the education and recruitment of citizens within corrections institutes through localized construction industry training and access to re-entry programs.

MDOS (Modified Duty Off Site)

This program allows employees currently on workers’ compensation to spend their time volunteering at local shelters or soup kitchens while getting paid until they can return to the field.
