Our Approach to Learning

When it comes to education, one size does not fit all. That’s why our training offerings are designed to work with different schedules, interests, personal or business goals and learning styles:

  • Hands-on: Get in-person product training at one of our facilities or in your area.
  • Classroom style: Attend product seminars and AIA continuing education courses, in person or virtual, live or on-demand.
  • Facility tour: Discover how building materials are developed and produced through our manufacturing and R&D tour.
  • Experiential: Learn first-hand how systems perform by building and testing a wall assembly for your project at our Building Science Lab.
  • Standard or customized: Use our online portal to sign up for a course or contact us to request a custom training.

Roofing Individuals Succeed through Education
The RISE Program provides a range of opportunities such as construction management degrees through the University of Akron, a U.S. Department of Labor-accredited Apprenticeship Program for attaining Journeyman status, the ELEVATE initiative supporting re-entry training for restored citizens, college Internships and more.
